My attempts at Freya Stark and Aleister Crowley got me Golden Frames, so I'm sure I won, but I can't figure out what I did wrong for the unlock. I got the "Good Heart" achievement and made sure the Standing face always had at least a half-smile (2 or 3 standing, refilled it after resting in villages by trading if it dropped to :| and didn't do anything but Paint Shrine/Native/Landscape - no stealing from Idols, no killing animals, no dynamite). Is "ancient mummy" different from "mummy"? If so, where can I find those?Īleister Crowley - Finish every expedition in a game (rank 3+) with good standing. Found various mummies, dead and alive, in tombs and caves. Isabella Lucy Bird - Find an ancient mummy to unlock this character. So I did the same thing, except I didn't avoid attacks and just immediately fled. This is the most confusing one.I unlocked Johan Huizinga and figured the difference to "Finish the game (rank 3+) without getting into combat" is getting into combat, but not attacking. Is it a special tiger or something?ĭame Freya Madeline Stark - Finish the game (rank 3+) without attacking any enemy in combat. Attacked various tigers and sabretooth tigers (but no White Tiger, I think). I'm using and it doesn't seem to be correct about several characters, but I also can't find any other guides.įrederick Courtney Selous - Attack a tiger to unlock this character. I'm looking for pointers what I'm missing. Yeah, I understands that ! Especially given the "disapointing" attacks of giants crabs and scorpions.I'm trying to unlock all characters and it's becoming frustrating. Until we have more variety in actions, there is little meaning in adding these kinds of huge enemies which will just have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of health but not offer a really interesting combat experience. For example, draw aggro, stun, damage over time, heal etc. However, we're currently preparing another update to the combat system in which we'll add more action "types" besides the basic "doing damage" and "add shield". A grand discovery has been made: mysterious islands have begun to appear and vanish from the oceans as if by magic. We've considered adding TRex - after all we have them basically finished, at least graphically. Adventure Awaits Curious Expedition 2 is a turn-based narrative roguelike that requires players to manage their resources and party members to keep insanity at bay and find glory. I mean, seriously, you're gonna call an update "dinosaurs", and you're NOT going to introduce Tyrannosaurus rexes?
